Sven Grosse
Sven Grosse has been advising public sector contracting authorities, real estate companies and private investors, as well as providing comprehensive support for companies in the construction industry, architects and engineers during the construction phase of major projects for 25 years. Where conflicts cannot be resolved out of court, he represents clients in construction court cases. He has also been helping public sector entities design and implement procurement procedures and in procurement review proceedings, and supporting bidders in asserting their rights for many years. He also provides counsel on real estate transactions together with Michael Eggert.
