Lothar Kiermeier has been providing legal counsel in the fields of corporate, mercantile and taxation law for over 30 years. In these fields, he specialises in drafting company agreements and company establishment and transformation processes. He has also been providing support during company acquisitions and advising affluent individuals on inheritance law and partners on company succession for many years.
