Attorney Kiermeier was born in Ludwigsburg in 1959. He studied law in Tübingen, Freiburg and Berlin. Following his legal clerkship, which included time in Singapore, Mr. Kiermeier was employed by the international accounting firm C & L Treuhandvereinigung Deutsche Revision AG in Frankfurt. Later, he became the director of the tax department at the Dresden office as attorney and tax advisor. Mr. Kiermeier participated in the organization of Schürmann & Partner's Dresden office after joining the firm in 1995. In 1997 he founded KIERMEIER HASELIER GROSSE together with the other eponymous partners.

Mr. Kiermeier speaks English fluently along with his native language, German.


Mr. Kiermeier is a specialist attorney in the fields of commercial and corporate law with an emphasis on corporate, trade and tax law. He focuses his practice on drafting corporate contracts as well as the founding and conversion of corporations. In addition, attorney Kiermeier has overseen corporate acquisitions for many years and advises private individuals in the field of inheritance law as well as shareholders during company succession.


Mr. Kiermeier is a member of the Commercial and Corporate Law Committee of the Saxon Bar Association. In addition to his professional activities, he volunteers as the chairman of Dresden Heritage e.V. and as a member of the board of directors of the architecture association Forum für Baukultur e.V.
